The Vintage Lands are now the cats' new home. Those who still had faith in the stars after the corruption of the clans traveled away to faraway lands. This is how Birch, Oak, Pine and Willowclan came to be born, and how life took back its course, the cats relishing of the peace and quiet of their new home.
But trouble is never faraway, so the wise say. The group of cats that was the four clans' original cause of destruction has risen again, with a new leader at its head and who is determined to bring the order back on top of minds.
